About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who lives in the data as much as the creative, someone who can independently manage paid campaigns, own SEO strategy, and turn analytics into clear, client-ready insights. You’ll be the primary point of contact for performance across several retainer accounts, working closely with our Operations Director and Digital Marketing Coordinator to keep campaigns on track and clients informed.
This is a hands-on, ownership role, not a support seat. You’ll manage your own client relationships, set your own reporting cadence, and be trusted to flag issues before they become problems.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
– Own and execute SEO strategy (on-page, technical, local) across multiple client accounts
– Manage paid media campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, from setup to optimization to reporting
– Monitor and interpret performance in GA4 and Google Search Console; translate data into plain-language client updates
– Build and present monthly/weekly performance reports to clients
– Collaborate with our web developer and design resources on landing pages, campaign creative, and technical SEO fixes
– Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients (real estate, energy, and professional services sectors)
– Track and log time accurately against client/project codes to support agency billing and capacity reporting
– Contribute to internal strategy discussions on client growth, upsells, and service offerings
What You bring
– 2-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with proven ownership of SEO and paid campaign performance (not just execution under someone else’s strategy)
– Working fluency in GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager
– Experience reporting directly to clients, comfortable explaining data and defending recommendations without handholding
– Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can turn a spreadsheet into a story
– Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced agency environment where you wear more than one hat
– Bonus: experience with local SMB clients, real estate or energy sector marketing, or basic graphic design/Canva/Adobe Express skills
